• Check-in is from 3:00PM on and check-out is until 12:00PM.

• There is free WiFi available over the whole hotel grounds.

• The rooms and grounds of Olas de Cerritos are all smoke-free.

• Cancellation is free of charge for guests until 14 days prior to check-in.

• Cancellations from 14 - 7 days prior to check-in will be charged 1 full night per room booked. 

• Cancellations from 7 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of your total reservation.

• Group bookings (three or more rooms) require one month notice of cancellation or the full amount will be charged.

• The deposit for group bookings is 25% of the total and will be charged three months ahead of the arrival date. The deposit will be taken immediately if the booking is made less than three months ahead of time.

• Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your total reservation.

• A load of laundry cleaned by our staff costs $200 pesos

• We do not allow pets.

• Free parking spots are provided on the property.

• Missionaries can stay up to 2 weeks per year with us for the offered discounted rate.

• In the event of breakage to surfboards provided by the hotel during use, the guest is responsible for contributing 50% of the original acquisition price. The specific amount will be determined by Olas de Cerritos. The price in case of damage is to be determined by Olas de Cerritos as well.

• We are not liable to collect, keep or send back any items left behind in the rooms or on the property.
